Tom, your mum must have seen and been through so much over 93 years - I bet she's an amazing woman. Mind you, she raised a son who is prepared to do 12 sets of strict presses. Nuff said! Hope alls well in Arkansas.
Lib, glad to hear you killed it today! Definitely get some food in the morning if that's when you workout. A snack / shake will make all the difference.

HTS again today - bench press ok, but I still can't get the bar to my chest at 50kg. That's my aim. There were some landmine rotations in there as well which killed my obliques. Then there was plenty of strange stuff with a KB. Split stance jerks and bottom up cleans - the sort of stuff I need to keep watching the YouTube clips for!
