Karen, my arm felt it was bruised for about two days.
I did Figure 8 Fitness again today. Whoa! I wanted to do it. I didn't realize how much I would like this. I have had it for sometime, but never really did it. I wasn't ready for the level of cardio, or the commitment. I pulled it out because I have been taking this belly dancing classes, and went dancing with Richard a couple of times. Then I put everything on hold for school and kids. Anyway, I missed it, and this has salsa, samba, belly dancing, jive, broadway, and a couple of others. I like how she breaks it up, so by the time you realize you are out of breath, you have gotten the move down, and she is moving on to a new rotation. So the time flies by, and it is easy to lower or raise the intensity, at least for me.
Tomorrow is STS disc 4, then will keep doing the Figure 8 Fitness on alt days for the cardio....well until I get bored or finish STS.
Oh, LOVE the fit tower for STS! I like using it for push-ups too, that was a nice trick. Almost ready to move back to the floor.
