Lift, Move & Restore User's Guide

Definitely. It’s nothing fancy. I keep barebones reviews of DVDs I do there plus my personal check in. There are pictures of our gym. It’s open to read. This should work.

Nice site ... I took a little gander. Your habit of keeping notes regarding your daily workouts is a good one. I track my monthly rotations but don't keep daily notes except to indicate if completed or changed up. I may change to more detailed notes in 2025. I might use MS OneNote instead of a personal website. It's generous of you to share so much. Your workout room is wonderful! :)

Thank you. Our home gym was also my place of business and still is on the rare occasion when I accept a client.

Thank you for pointing out the "Beginner" description for the rotation being a bit off-putting or perhaps misleading. I saw that description and thought the workouts will all be "easy". I've not done any of them yet as I don't have the series in my hands (yet), and it sounds like "easy" is not an accurate description of these, and probably, neither is "beginner".

That said, despite the title (I'll get over it), I was also thinking that when I get these, I'll probably do her 10 week rotation as suggested as it'll give me a really good feel for and understanding of the workouts and I'll then be better able to decide how I'll use the workouts in the future (like, as others mentioned, maybe during active recovery weeks, or as posted in another thread, mixed in with STS 2.0.)
