Lift, Move & Restore update as of 9/27

Hi Everyone!

Each of the 16 workouts in the new Lift, Move & Restore series are going through final preparation to be sent to the replicator next week. Before the replication process begins we will be given one final set of check discs to be proofed so that we can give them the green light. We know how anxious you are to have these new workouts and we will be working overtime to get everything into this final stage. We’re almost there!

In the meantime, we are now able to share the list of premixes that will be available for each workout in the new Lift, Move & Restore series. We’ve included multiple time saver options for those of you who prefer to have shorter routines available, as well as scrambled, mish mosh and basic premixes for each workout. Each workout will include a variety of premixes to give you more workout variety so that you can choose the best option to fit your schedule!

Yes, I was thinking that times would have been nice..
I disagree ;) - providing times is imperative, not just nice. Hopefully the times will be on the cover and in the User Guide. My sister reminded me there're older workouts where the times were not provided and it irritates her to try to figure out this on her own.

I agree, it is imperative…..appreciative of the list of premixes, however, it really didn’t do
alot to up my excitement level, as the titles really didn’t tell much….especially without the times …..

I am really hoping that the chapters aren’t “sections”…instead of individually…..
”individually “ is what I would call “fully chaptered”….
 
I think this series will be exactly what I need for easing back into exercise post op as well as supplementing my regular strength training program.

She wasn't sure. I went back to look at series ... I think she was mistaken about it being a series ... I think it's more likely an older compilation of older VHS workouts like Power Hour+ which has the original BodyMax and older Step videos like the Classics. Those I don't think they have PreMixes. So I edited my posting to correct.
