Lift, Move & Restore Update…10/28/24

I'll get on that right now! :) I never got Get in Shape for your Wedding, but so many have said in the past
what a great workout that was.
I've heard the same. I didn't understand the appeal at the time unless one was preparing for their own wedding around that time.

BTW, I didn't expect you to go researching... unless you want to of course! :)

I'm back.........I found 4.........I thought I had another......maybe..........someplace!

Step "N" Motion "Taking it from the Top" 1991----on back of the box it says"This 60 min. workout is designed
for the novice who has never exercised with the step" Once you have mastered this workout, you can step
up to advanced Step "N" Motion .......it then lists 3 more Step "N" Motion 1, 2, & 3. That being said, I
checked on OnDemand to see if the 4 I have are listed there, they are not, but OnDemand does have
Step "N" Motion 1.

Cathe-The Home Step Workout

Cathe's Fredrich's Mega Step Blast

Cathe Step N' Motion Cardio Step Challenge

On back of the Home Step workout box, it shows 2 other workouts: Fit & Firm and Rock Bottoms.
That might be what I am thinking about, because I am sure I had Rock Bottoms at one time..........

Wow!

I think we may have MegaStep Blast on VHS.

I remember in the late 80's, my aerobics instructor told us she thought Cathe had the hardest, most advanced step workouts out there. That kept me away from them for a long time. After getting CTX, I wished I had not shyed away for so long.

I think Rock Bottoms had a very risqué photo? I could be wrong .
I'm looking at the little pics right now.......Rock Bottoms is just a pic (side view) of hips, legs

Fit & Firm is a pic that you might be thinking of.....it reminds me of in the movie, FlashDance, where
she is leaning back in that chair when that bucket of water dumps on her....... No water on Cathe tho' :)

Ah, that's the one. I think the water is sweat! The photo was like FlashDance ... ha ha ... I loved that movie ... it even helped me make the decision to leave my career & go to grad school ... mid 80's.

So I'm watching that "Get in Shape" as we 'talk' . It's pretty standard fare Cathe moves, mostly lower impact, music is familiar from the era. It's sweet in having clips from Cathe's actual wedding - she just said "your honey is going to say oww, looking good". Ha ha

Ohhh, Cathe just changed her step to the long way for T-steps & some steps off the step. I always liked that change up - Kelli Roberts & Gin Miller would sometimes do that too and it was a nice change-up.

Okay okay I'm about to end my step-travel down memory lane. I'm at the cool-down @ ~52 minutes in & Cathe’s joking about her mother-in-law and chasing an imaginary dog off her leg ... ha ha

What fun!

Sorry to have hi-jacked the thread. We should have taken this to a different thread. Oh well. :)
