Let's play: Ultimate Cathe Collection in 5 workouts

Ok, now I have a headache and my tummy is all queasy....I'll probably have nightmares tonight. I had leave Legs and Glutes out because I don't think I can live without both BodyMax and Bootcamp. x(
 
(1)--KPC--best kickboxing tape; all around fatburner, and I love the way it works my abs;

(2)--IMAX3--gotta go with the most intense one, and I love the music in it;

(3)--PUB--love the muscle definition I get with this one;

(4)--Hardcore Extreme--a little bit of everything tough!

(5)--(only one more left--I'm panicking)--I simply can't decide between bootcamp and circuitmax--circuitmax has more cardio and the fun factor, I love the bootcamp core, but I truly have a love/hate relationship with this one.............

YOu were right the first time. Weight workouts that are incomplete without each other (ie: come in sets) like PUB/PLB, or S&H, or PS, or GS, etc. count as one.
 
Tough, tough, tough!!

1. Super Sets, I like not exhausting one muscle group before moving to the next exercise. Plus this workout has so many premixes from which to choose!

2. MIS, I like the option of lifting heavy without always using varied motions (?) ex./ up one down four, up three down one etc.

3. HSTA, love those step-ups! My favorite circuit workout.

4. IMAX 1, cardio

5. Hmmmm, one more...... It's a toss between Gauntlet and Power Hour.....Ok, I'll choose Power Hour for muscle endurance.

I just love my cardio, and SJP, IMax Xtreme and High Step Challenge involve weights but not too much to let my heart rate down. And, you can't beat IMax 2 and Rhythmic Step for interesting choreography.

1. HC Extreme #3 - I love this workout...killer intervals, my favorite section from KM, and the KM leg drills(Imax 3 WU and Intervals 5,6, & &, KM Blasts 1-5, Imax 3 Intervals 8, 9, & 10, KM Blasts 6-10, KM CD, leg drills, & stretch)
2. GS series(especially love GS Legs)
3. MM
4. KPC
5. BC
That's my final answer for now.....

Ok, let's try this again. My first post disappeared.

Gym Styles - I love all of Cathe's weight series, but this is the best. Saw great results - maybe because of the band work?

Muscle Max - my favorite of her total body weight workouts.

KPC - since I don't run anymore, I really like kickboxing. I love this workout as is and the premixes too.

Low Max (except for the third segment which frustrates me!) - great cardio/leg toning workout. I've never done the Imax's (except for Imax3 once) so I can't compare it to those.

This last choice is really tough. I have 3 I can't decide between. I guess I'll have to pick the Pyramids so I'd have another good all around weight workout for variety.
 
How fun to see what everyone picks, and why! If I had to choose just five it would be:

1. Pyramids-can go heavy or heavier and they are so efficient.
2. KPC-my favorite of the kickbox workouts
3. Muscle Endurance total body and I like all the step ups!
4. IMAX 2-fun, fun, fun
5. Low-max enjoy that so much.

This is tough but here it goes:

1. Musclemax because its a total body workout and as of right now I've been getting DOMS with this.

2. Imax 2 because the music is great and it is fun.

3. PUB still my favorite upper body.

4. KPC I just like this kickbox better out of Cathe's others.

5. Low Max. I feel this really works the legs since I didn't pick a lower body weight.
 
Hmmm...Let's see....

1)Step Blast: It's my all time fave step w/o so far and I can't go with out it!!!:+
2)KPC: Need a good kickboxing work out to mix it up a bit!
3)IMAX 2: It's just a must! Keeps me on my toes! }(
4)Boot Camp: I love it! That's why! :)
5)Muscle Endurance: It's my FAVE Cathe weight work out. Just gotta have it! :D

I think I have chosen a pretty nice well rounded bunch but thank goodness it's not for real cause I would cry ;( if I had to give up ANY of my Cathe stuff! :eek:
 
In reality this would be impossible for me to do as after I've done a workout 15 times I have to do it monthly and once a workout has been done 20 times then it becomes every 2 to 3 months. I can't stand having a workout be predictable.
Ultimate Cathe Collection:
1) Gauntlet - my favorite circuit workout
2) KickMax (it was hard to choose between it and and KPC) - excellent kickboxing workout and I love kickboxing
3) PUB/PLB - really builds muscle strength and is never easy
4) IMAX3 - it was very hard to choose which IMAX as I love all of them. I really like the super short recoveries in IMAX3 though.
5) High Step Challenge - I really enjoy circuit type workouts and this one is a lot of fun.
 
So this is like something to torment us?? Could I pick HC Extreme workouts?? one at a time?? Well that is not one.

1)Gym Styles: they are GREAT! Legs & C/T especially, BSB I usually do timesaver
2)MuscleMax - great for when I need to get in my weight training in 1 day (usually do 2 or 3 day splits) or to hit all body parts again
3) LowMax - LOVE THIS! I am always sweating like crazy somehow, it just sneaks up, also love the leg workout - feel great when I'm done!
4)IMAX2 - great cardio/music, gets me pumped, perfect length of time
5)defintely the Pyramids (PUB w/heavy #s in particular,rarely do PLB anymore since GSL came out)

It's fun to see what workouts other people really love and do!
