If there is such a thing right?;-) But do you have a Cathe workout that just did not "click" with you? Here are mine.
Circuit Max...its supposed to be a weight training/cardio workout, but feels more like a straight on cardio workout, I felt like I did not get any benefits from the weights in this one. But I like looking at the boys.
High Step Challenge...have only done this one maybe three times. Just find the long fake ponytails interesting, plus am not a huge fan of my high step quite frankly. I much prefer Bootcamp.
Kickmax...the first drills do not get my heartrate up, and the blasts are okay, but alot of super high impact that I can't do at this point, so it leaves me feeling like I never really got a good workout. Much prefer Cardio Kicks.
