Last for 2007 - Spinervals Enter the Red Zone and MM Upperbody

First for 2008 - ASCII or HLX (if I get it today) and APX Legs
 
Last for '07, 'LIS' and 'Low Impact Circuit' cardio mish mosh, B-Max2 biceps X 2 and ShovelMax.

First for '08...hmmmm......I'm thinking the KPC/legs premix...but that could change....I'm fickle :7

Last workout? I am doing 45 minutes on my elliptical, and Billy Blanks "Upper Body" off one of his older workout compliations (I use weighted gloves, its awesome).

First workout of 2008? Depends on what Cathe is cooking up for Jan. or I will be starting a Slim Series (those really hard, long workouts) mixed in with ME, Bootcamp....
 
My last workout for 2007 was done yesterday - Muscle Max.

My first workout of the new year will hopefully be an elliptical session - probably steady state done to a Cathe DVD for entertainment. I might even get really industrious and do Pyramid Upper Body too. All depends on time, I suppose.
 
My last I did this morning: Turbo Jam's Kickin Core followed by Turbo Jam's 20 Minute Cardio Party.

For my first of 2008, I'm also greatly anticipating Cathe's January 08 Rotation, to see if it could be do-able for me. If not, than I'll pick another of her rotations ....

Last: I just got back from an invigorating 30 min bike ride. The sun was shining and the heart rate monitor my DH made me wear shows I'm working harder than I thought.

First: A cardio coach workout on my stationary bike, thanks to a good Catheland friend who sent me a gift certificate.
 
I don't know and...I don't know -- LMAO!!

I THINK I'm doing a cardio coach today and one of Cathe's upper body workouts tomorrow. You know me -- I'm not one to stress over workouts -- LMAO again!

Oh hey Robin -- Which CC did you get? I'll see YOU in the workout :* (that's what Coach Sean always says ;) )
 
Last: Amy's Slo-mo leg premix (2 sets), KPC abs and a 45 min iClimb on my Elliptical

First: Amy's Slo-mo Sho, Bi's and tris, and a 3-4 mile run, or if hip is sore more on my Elliptical...:)
 
Last for 2007 - Half of ASC II (HUGE learning curve) and B&G Leg Blast plus the Stability Ball abs premix

First for 2008 - 6 mile run
