KK's August Check In

Good morning ladies.

Geesh Karen, I hope you feel better today. Enjoy Push/Pull. I hear that it is really fun.

Jeanette, I hope your time trial went well last night. You are so dedicated...I am sure you did great!

Rhea, it's hump day! Only 1/2 week left till the weekend!

Today was BodyMax for me today. Yet again a first-time workout for me. I now own everything except Cathe's beginner series, so I have figured out combinations of rotations that will allow me to do all of them. It will take 3 months. BodyMax is tough! I felt so accomplished when I finished it.

Have a great day everyone!

-Becky

Good morning Karen, Becky, Rhea and Natalie:

Today's workout was a steady state cardio so I did warmup and 2 combos from Step Blast and then 2 combos from SJP. Ended with the stretch from Step Blast. Total of 45 minutes. Just right for me.

Last night's bike time trial went well. It was windy but not like the last two have been so I was grateful for that. We had 14 riders total, with 2 of them women. Our local Ironman lady showed and her time was 2 minutes faster than mine. I was really pleased with my time. I beat my best time by 29 seconds for a time of 36 minutes 23 seconds for a 12.26 mile course. My average mph was 19.8 when I looked down at my computer and stopped it after the finish line. I actually beat 2 guys (newbies, but hey, they were guys:7 ) Anyhow, it was hard work, but the recovery is so much easier afterwards than it used to be. I sure attribute a lot to my daily Cathe workouts.

Karen, I'm sure hoping you are feeling better by now. Even if you can get outside for a walk it would probably help some. I feel like I have a cast iron stomach, nothing much seems to bother me. I work with a lady that is soooo sensitive to smells (even food), contact with anything, tastes, think she must be a "canary".

Becky, loved your pictures and what beautiful flowers! I don't have Bodymax (yet) but have slowly obtained almost all of the workouts but a few. Will your DH work out to Cathe? My DH has been busy every night welding in our shop so he hasn't worked out. Hopefully when he's done with that project he can start working out. He is watching what he eats though, and has kept his weight steady.

Rhea, thought of you last night when I rode past your house with my tongue hanging out. I'm sure I was a picture of suffering as you are right on the hill on the way back.

Must get going. I have the arena to disk up tonite. My son put the disk on the tractor and removed the backhoe attachment for me the other day so now it's my turn to get busy. I'll be getting my horse back shortly and I'll need to get him in shape to sell.

Great workouts ladies!

Jeanette

Hi Jeanette & Becky & Rhea & Natalie!:)

Am envious of all your workouts. It was another 40-45 minute walk for me today -- maybe it's just a morning thing, but didn't feel up to Push/Pull today. Hopefully tomorrow. Of course, here it is late and I'm feeling okay.

Plus, had my first real meal tonight -- not just yoghart, but salad and meat and veggies -- and it's not hurting my stomach -- so this is a good thing.

If I'm able, I'm going to do Push/Pull tomorrow -- will probably stay light on it -- since it'll be my first weight workout this week... Goodness.

Becky -- Don't you love BodyMax? I don't often get to do the whole thing due to time constraints, but I love that workout. I think the warm up is my favorite warm up of most of the Cathe workouts -- but what a great workout -- there's supposed to be a new workout similar to BodyMax on the new workouts coming soon. Can't wait for that.

Well done on owning almost all of the Cathe's. I still have a ways to go -- but I'm hanging in there and have almost all of the newer ones -- I'm still wanting the CTX series, though. Soon...

Jeanette -- Way To Go! Oh, my gosh, you beat your best time by -- what was it -- 29 seconds. Wow! And you beat two men!;-) Love it.

I bet you're right and all the Cathe workouts are helping. I'm itching to get back to working out, so hopefully that is a good sign.

I bet your reunion with your horse will be nice -- hope he/she sells well and goes to good owners who love their horses as much as you do. On a similar note, just finished reading a Cat book by Pottinger -- who did a 10 year study of cats -- interesting book -- mostly about statistics and what worked best for longevity and health and such. Interesting. I think we'll be switching our cats to eating raw meat now...

Well, hopefully will have that new synopsis of the new story done tomorrow or Friday -- was brainstorming today with my hubby and brother-in-law on the ending. I knew how it was to end (it will be the end of the series) but wasn't sure how to get there. Now, I have some ideas.

Well, have a terrific day tomorrow everyone and great workouts.:7

Hi Karen, Becky, Rhea and Natalie:

So good to check in here and see your replies. Something I always look forward to.

I have to be at work early today (it's my bike ride day so they let me flex my workday a half hour) and I don't remember the alarm going off so I'm running a little late. I had The Gauntlet on schedule but didn't have time so I got out Cardio Party instead. Fun workout. I hadn't done it in a while and it made me sweat. I'll do the Gauntlet tomorrow when I have lots of time and can set up equipment and such. Like I said, tonite I have a short bike ride after work with a girlfriend, then on to the monthly bike club meeting.

Yesterday I got to disk the arena of the weeds so it looks much better. Thanks, Karen, for the nice words about my horse. I am looking forward to having him here for a bit, but must get him sold before winter. Also, thanks for the compliment on the bike time trial. Yep, it feels good to beat a man at an athletic event. It'll probably spur those guys on to do better and they'll be looking back at me next time LOL!

Karen, so nice that you can bounce ideas for your books off of family members. I haven't done much reading at all in, gasp, years I think. I read magazines and the forums and internet stuff and that's about it. Hopefully, this winter I can start something. I am such an all or nothing person, when I start a book, that's all I want to do is read.

Glad you are feeling better. I know it's wise not to push yourself too hard just yet. Enjoy your walks and Push/Pull when it comes time.

Becky and Rhea, hope you two are having good workouts and good stuff happening in your day. Yesterday, my co-worker had a dr. appointment and then called back later saying she may have to have her appendix out. If so, I may be by myself at work scrambling for a while. I'm already so far behind due to my vacation. Fortunately, no one complains. I just put the pressure on myself to get that inbox down. I work with some nice people that try to help out. We have a new Chief Engineer and he makes me howl with laughter during the day. He's soooo goofy!!!

Great workouts to everyone,

Jeanette :+

Good morning ladies.

Karen, good job on the walk. It is good that you are easing back into it. You'll be stronger that way.

Great job on your time trial Jeanette. You rock!

Today I did iTread #2 40 minutes followed by Step Heat abs. This running w/o had interval hills at the beginning and then interval sprints toward the end. I loved it! I may do more cardio after work if I have the energy.

Well, it is Thursday and I start 2nd year on Monday. I started reading the pertinent chapters in my Medical Microbiology book last night. I think there's probably 500 pages of stuff to read for next week (including all of my classes). My goal this year is to read all pertinent chapters for all the week's lectures the weekend before and then review after the lectures each day. That will be a lot of weekend reading, so we'll see how it goes.

Anyway, I hope everyone has great workouts today! Hope you continue to get stronger Karen!

-Becky

Hi Jeanette & Becky & Rhea & Natalie!:)

Well, managed to get in Push/Pull today. Am eating regularly now and am feeling more up to it. Hard to believe that something has had me down for most of the week. Generally I tend to not be ill -- if I'm ill -- for longer than 24 hours. This is definitely different. Also, got in a short walk, so it was good.

Jeanette -- Gee, I haven't done Cardio Party for a while -- it is a great workout, though. I tend to forget -- I get so into my Cathe rotations.

How was your bike club meeting? Hope it went well.

Becky -- Wow, that sounds like alota work to do -- 500 pages you have to read -- was it before next week? Did I understand that correctly? That is a lota reading, and it's probably all technical stuff, too, I bet. Sounds like a good plan that you've worked up, however.

Workout wise, that workout you did sounds like it rocks! I love anaerobics -- noticed today that I felt so much better after working out. Don't always notice it, but after not having worked out for several days (except for walks) the difference was quite noticeable.

Jeanette, hope your co-worker will be fine and will return soon -- if she does have the operation. But it sounds like your work environment is better now than it used to be. Is that right?

Well, I did finish the synopsis, but put it on hold until tomorrow when I will go over a little and then send it off to my editor -- and then I can get to some of these backlogs here (mailing lists and correspondence -- admin stuff that I always push aside until after deadline).

Saw an unusual movie tonight about 9/11 -- not the one by that fellow -- can't remember his name -- but this movie was quite enlightening -- made me think...

Anyway, have some great workouts everyone and have a super day.:7

Congratulations on getting in Push/Pull Karen! I am glad you were feeling up to it.

Jeanette and Rhea, I hope your workouts were great today.

Karen, yes, all those pages are for next week. I am trying to read all of the week's reading the weekend before so that I can concentrate on studying it during the week.

Today I did KPC for the first time. Oh, and last night I added on Christi Taylor's Solid Gold Step (after work) and I hardly broke a sweat. 2 months ago that would have almost had me overheating. I doubt I will do her again unless I get sick and then need to start off slow.

I hope everyone has a great day!

-Becky

Good morning ladies:

Today is my day off from work and whew, what a week it's been! My co-worker did have her appendix out so will be out for at least another week. We are already short one position in this office so out of 3, it's just me now. Makes the day go fast, but I'm one of those that likes to clear out everything in my in basket. Looks like I won't catch up for some time now and then I go on vacation in September for a week. Repeat and rinse... Anyway, it'll be okay.

Yesterday, my riding partner had some kind of food poisoning so I rode the big hill pretty hard to see if I could better my time from earlier in the year. There was a tailwind blowing this time so it had a lot to do with it, but I beat my time by 3 minutes. Much attributed to that wind, but I got a good workout.

Today's workout was The Gauntlet, which I loved. My endurance has gotten much better and I was very surprised when the end stretch came because I wasn't counting cycles (think there are 7 in this one). I've had a pretty tough week with the bike time trial, hill climb last night and now this workout so tomorrow will be something somewhat easier, probably a yoga along with something else. Sunday will be a bike ride, but probably at a somewhat easy pace.

I'm also determined to count my calories today as I've been snacking on cereal and nuts way too much (handfuls) and they do add up and take away from my trying to get more leanness. Just want to see what difference I can make. However, I'm the strongest cardiowise on the bike I've ever been, so I guess that's good, though I'd like to lose a few pounds.

Becky, 500 pages! I commend you for your drive to do well. Very admirable indeed. Oh yeah, I ordered Christi Taylor's Fantastic Four DVD. I'm kind of looking for dancey and don't mind a challenge. Rhythmic Step was pretty easy for me to learn so think I will do okay.

Karen, glad you got through Push/Pull and are feeling better. Thanks for asking about the bike club meeting. It was okay. I'm the VP of it but we're not that active as far as putting on activities or working on civic things for cycling. We just like to ride. The club though, has really split up into the racers and the more casual cyclists. Guess I fall somewhere into both (I don't race, but I do the time trials). All groups go thru changes I suppose. I am planning a Progressive Dinner Bike Ride in October. It was well attended last year by some of the racers and their spouses. Hopefully we will have a good turnout. Don't think I will be on the board next year. We probably need some new blood.

Must go shower, go to town and take my back wheel on my bike to the shop (possible hub problem). Also have housework and other stuff to do. DH mentioned taking the dogs out tonite when he gets off work. Hopefully he'll feel like it after work.

Have great workouts,

Jeanette

Hi Jeanette & Becky & Rhea & Natalie!:)

It was IMAX2 for me today. At first I was thinking of only doing 5-6 intervals, but caught my wind in interval 7 or 8 and finished it up. Yea! Am planning either Cardio & Weight or HSC tomorrow -- just to add a little bit of weight to my next workout. Feeling much better, knock on wood.

Jeanette, am sorry about your having to take up the slack at work. Hope your friend recovers well and will be back as good as new soon.

Becky -- I love KPC -- what did you think of it. Haven't done Christi Taylor, but I have many workouts here at home that I use for the same purpose -- when I have to work back up to the intensity levels.

Have fun reading this weekend, Becky. Do you keep a dictionary handy?

Jeanette -- isn't it amazing what a tailwind will do? But that's great regardless -- that you pushed yourself and was 3 minutes over your time. Wow!

I don't have the Gauntlet and so don't know about it -- but I've heard that it's particularly challenging. Am still saving up for the CTX series... That's great, though, that you got to the stretch without even thinking about it.

Your bike club sounds like fun, actually. Tomorrow I go to a Romance Writers Meeting in Orange County -- I like to be in groups where people do similar things to what I'm doing -- you can really relate to them, and it can help you do better, too, I think.

Anyway, hope to see some good friends there tomorrow. Cause I was gone for so long and then under deadline, it's been almost 6-7 months since I've seen some of my friends there.

Well, must go shower and get going for the day, myself. It's late and I have an appointment at 3 I must get to.

Have a wonderful weekend, everybody and terrific workouts! And Becky, I'll definitely be thinking about you and all that reading. Have fun!:7

Jeanette, you'll like Christi Taylor. I don't know if the DVD you bought has move master on it, but if it does, then that should teach any hard-to-learn combos. Her intensity is just not up to par with Cathe though.

Karen, great job on IMAX 2! I guess you are feeling better now.

Today I did PH followed by iTread#2 20 minutes. It had a 10% hill at one point and also a 8mph 2 minute sprint. Great run! Then I went to my hot and sweaty yoga class. I loved that. I think I'll have to make time for it during this upcoming semester to relieve stress.

Well, got to clean my house and then get to reading. I hope everyone has a great weekend.

Oh, last night I added on Legs and Glutes. First time doing it...it was great! I actually was smiling at points during the w/o. The music was really fun and Cathe had funny sayings. I thought it would be one I might dread, but I think I'll actually look forward to it (except the leg presses at the beginning...I hate leg presses)

-Becky

Good afternoon Karen, Becky, Rhea and Natalie!

I did an easy 16 mile spin on my bike this morning. I just made sure I never moved out of my middle chainring on my bike. That way, I can keep the intensity low. My legs were a bit sore from the hard riding this week so they needed a rest, but a spin too. Anyway, it was a nice ride.

Karen, how was the Romance Writer's meeting? Hope you got to see a lot of your friends there. And way to go on the full Imax2! I knew you could do it!! :7 The Gauntlet (from The Terminator DVD) is, if I remember correctly, One Imax2 interval, 1 leg exercise from Bootcamp, an upper body exercise from C&W and Bootcamp and then 1 cardio from Bootcamp. Repeat 7 times. It's a great workout, not boring at all. Did you do C&W or HSC today?

Becky, the Christi DVD I got I think has Move Master on it and you bet I'll be looking at it. I'm looking forward to it. I love easier workouts too. So important for me to vary my intensities especially with the cycling I do. If I ride hard all the time, pretty soon my performance suffers and I get worse instead of better. Bet you are doing all that reading. I have Legs and Glutes but have hardly done it. I plan on doing more leg workouts this winter when I'm not cycling so much. I'll revisit that one I'm sure.

My folks will be leaving for the Azores this Monday. This is a dream of a lifetime for them. They are so excited! She bought a new digital camera and I reviewed it yesterday and then taught her how to use it last night. Don't think she'll have any trouble with it.

Have to mow lawns and do the housework I didn't get to yesterday.

Jeanette

Karen, I too hope your meeting was fun and enjoyable. I understand liking to be around others who do the same thing as you. When I started medical school it was wonderful to be around so many people with the same goals.

Jeanette, glad you had a good bike ride.

As for me, today is a rest day. I sure need it after yesterday! The hot and sweaty yoga was great yesterday. Today I just did segment 3 from stretchmax...I love stretching with the band.

I FINISHED MY READING!!! I feel a lot better with that out of the way.

Anyway, I am away to relax with my DH one last time before all h#ll breaks loose tomorrow.

-Becky

Hi Jeanette & Becky & Rhea & Natalie!

Thanks for all your well wishes! I feel like I've been away from the forum for a long time, even though it was only yesterday that I didn't post. I do love coming here and reading your posts and seeing how you are doing.

Yesterday I did KPC -- the 37 minute premix -- only cause I had to be up and going by 8:30 AM and I was afraid of not making it on time. Love that premix.

And today though I didn't intend it to be a rest day, it was a rest day. Sunday's are hard for me to get a workout in cause the mornings are usually set aside for me and hubby to do things together.

Becky -- how did you like PH? It's one I haven't done alot and each time I do it, I like it. Also, would agree with you on Cathe's intensity -- not only do I like the intensity of her workouts, but I love the fact that she talks form so much (which I really need) that I can do the strength workouts without hurting myself (knock on wood). Before Cathe, I tended to injure myself too much.

Oh, isn't Legs & Glutes fun? At one time, I was doing rotations that split the days on upper body and lower body -- and Legs & Glutes is one of my favorites.

Jeanette -- The Romance Writer's Meeting was great. I did get to see alot of friends that I haven't seen almost all year long. Plus, car-pooling it with another friend was really great because we got in some good chatting time.

By the way, where is Azores? I feel so out of it sometimes, since -- once we get out of the US, my geography isn't great -- I'll be blushing if it's in the US...

Oh, I copied that rotation you were doing, Becky. I'm going to give this one a go and see if I can shed about 2 pounds.

So here's what I plan -- I'll have to substitute workouts here and there, cause I don't have all of them.

Mon: Imax 3 PLUS 1 Coremax seg -- will just do whatever core exercise I have since I don't have Coremax

Tues: Musclemax

Wed: Kickmax -- I'll do KPC cause I don't have Kickmax

Thurs: Low Max -- will either do this on a 6" step or I might do IMAX2 instead

Fri: 30 min run PLUS 1 Coremax seg. PLUS 1 Stretchmax seg. -- same on Coremax -- will subtititute something here for Coremax

Sat: Musclemax

Sun: must be an awesome reader -- 500 pages in a weekend -- wow!

Rhea -- hope your weekend was great -- and Natalie -- hope to see your wonderful posts sometime soon.

Have a great day, everyone, and terrific workouts.:7

Hi all,
A rest day for me today. I had a hard time sleeping last night. Seemed hot, I kept waking with sweaty hair. Wondering if these are hot flashes. I got up once and put on the neck freeze thing that I got from one of my bike rides. That helped cool me down.

Yesterday was a 51 mile group bike ride which was really fun, nice weather too. Got my horse back on Saturday so after the bike ride yesterday, I got on him and rode for a while. Clipped him up a bit afterwards, hosed him off, conditioned his tail, that kind of stuff. DH gave him a Mtn. Dew, which he loves and drinks out of a bottle. He's so silly! I have a guy coming to look at him next week.

Karen, glad your Romance Writers meeting was good, so fun to chat with others on the same wavelength. The Azores are islands in the mid-Atlantic, I believe owned by Portugal. That's where my ancestors came from. Grandpa (my Dad's dad, came to this country when he was 18). My mom's family is also from there. Mom and Dad take off today from Oakland, CA on a non-stop flight to the Azores. I will sure be thinking of them.

Becky, hope your week goes okay. Way to go on all the reading.

Hi to all. Will maybe get a walk in today. Will be busy, busy at work with my co-worker off.

Jeanette

Good morning all!

Becky --good luck on your first day back to school! That was great that you got all that reading done before hand.

Karen - glad you had fun at the Writer's meeting. It is really fun to get together with people that do the same thing as you. I like going to the conferences myself. However, it probably gets really boring for my DH since there is an awful lot of shop talk while we are there. In fact this weekend we are going to one in Oakland, just happend to be able to get tickets to see the Giants and the Dodgers on Friday night (which the Giants will probably lose since they stink right now. ;( )

Jeanette - hope you are doing great at work. The only thing I like about being busy is that the time goes by much better.

Well, no trial, it got postponed. Yippee...so I played and played and played all weekend. I haven't had the chance to really do anything but housework or work-work since about mid-July. So it was great to just play. I played golf, golf, and more golf. In fact, my elbow really hurt yesterday from the tendonitis that flared up from griping the club. But I worked it out and it is better today. So today, I'm back on schedule with workouts, but am going to really try to squeeze in some practice at the driving range and the putting greens. (that really is the only way to get better. Practice, practice, practice) Well, I suppose I should pretend to do something here. Hmm, cleaning the desk off may be a good start. It would be nice to see it without piles and dust. :+

Good afternoon ladies.

Jeanette, you never cease to amaze me with your bike rides. Good job!

Rhea, glad you had a great weekend...sorry about the elbow though. Glad you were able to work it out.

Karen, sounds like a great plan with that rotation. Since you are subbing coremax, try to do some planks every now and then along with the traditional and ball work. Planks are killer!

Well, today was the first day of classes and all went well. One of my courses this year is Pharmacology and it has lots of math. I don't like math. Especially logarithms. Today we learned (or relearned) a common formula and it requires logarithms. Yucky!

I got up early this AM and did MIC before class. After class (only from 8-1 today) I did 30 minutes on the elliptical machines with a couple girlfriends of mine and we reviewed notes from today's lectures. MIC is so killer. Used to, I would be destroyed by the hi/lo part and not give my all on the step part. I have built up my cardio endurance and was able to jump really high on the step part, so I feel like it was a great workout!

I have to go back to studying now. Hope everyone has a great evening!

-Becky

Oh, I'll be posting later in the afternoon from now on instead of early in the morning due to my new schedule.

Hi Everyone!:)

So nice to see all your posts. I love it. Already I have to change my rotation -- forgot that I have to go to Las Vegas on Thursday and will be gone Friday and Saturday, as well -- a booksigning and a seminar at another Romance Writer's meeting. Not wanting to take too much equipment, I'm going to change the rotation a bit.

Tues: ME
Wed: Low Max
Thurs: MuscleMax -- then drive to Vegas
Fri: 30 min. run plus one core and one stretch
Sat: KPC
Sun: home and stretch/day off

Today was IMAX2 and core from Cardio & Weights -- on the same DVD -- this way, I won't have to take equipment -- I'll be staying with a bookseller/friend and hopefully my hubby might come with me, as well.

Jeanette -- good for taking a rest day when you needed it -- hope the getting hot at night doesn't keep on -- let us know. And glad you have your horse back. What an image -- the horse drinking Mountain Dew from the bottle.

Sounds like a great trip for your mom and dad, too. What fun.

Rhea -- great to hear from you. Wow, you get to go to a Dodgers & Giants game -- lucky you. Hope the elbow gets better, too. And as always, you made me laugh with the description of your desk.

Becky -- sounds like a great day back. By the way, what are logarithmus? Sounds like something I'd struggle with, too. Hope this passes quickly and easily and that you get into things you find more interesting.

Isn't it great to see the changes for the better -- more endurance -- what a nice win.

Well, tomorrow is one of my favs. ME -- tough workout for me, but I love it.

Have a wonderful day tomorrow, everyone and terrific workouts.:7

(edited to correct some spelling -- me and spelling...):+

Good morning,
Today's workout was a warmup and 1 combo from Rhythmic Step and then a few combos from SJP, abs, planks and stretch for a total of 1 hour. After work, if it's not too windy, I hope to climb a local hill that's very tough (Janesville Grade). Last night, DH and I took the dogs out for their run (we just sat in chairs and read, talked). It was nice.

Becky, your classes sound interesting. MIC, wow, I've never done all of it, but I do like the hi/lo from it. I need to incorporate this one more.

Rhea, enjoy the ball game this weekend. Glad you are getting to work on your golf game. Like I said, someday I'd like to start playing, just have to whittle down some hobbies as I tend to get one tracked. One reason I'm selling my horse, just not enough time between that and cycling.

Karen, enjoy your conference. How was Imax2? Know you love that one a lot. I love the music in the Intensity series, but I also really like the Body Blast music too. Wonder what the music will be like in the new ones. Did you see that Cathe has a blog now. See the General Discussion or the Ask Cathe section for the link. I'm excited about the DVD's.

Hope everyone has a great day today. Super busy for me but the day flies by.

Jeanette

Good morning!

I got really excited when I saw the BLOG section. I can't wait for the new DVDs. But I'd better start building up my endurance again. Right now, that type of workout intensity would probably kill me. I've been slacking off too much. (willpower and want is just not there)

Well, yesterday I managed only the Power Push part of my workout. For some reason, I didn't feel like working out. I'd rather read. So I compromised. Today should be a bit better. I got a great night's sleep, am not planning on staying here at work very long and I feel the urge to workout. So that's good.

Jeanette - currently my pull is between time for working out and golfing. I really would like to work on my sewing and my cross-stitch too, but I'm just not finding enough time for it all. (if I could not work, I just might find the time....hahahah) So I completely understand the hobbies conflicting. I also know that there is not much good weather left for the golf, so I'm trying to get in as much as I can. Of course, by the time that golf is over, then skiing will take precedence.

Karen - have fun in Las Vegas! I'm taking my TJ's with me this weekend since they don't require any equipment. I would love to squeeze in a workout, even if it is the 20 minute type.

Becky, - math was my down fall to med school. So I went to law school instead. :D

Hello everyone

Karen, I hope you enjoyed IMAX 2...I am scheduled for that tomorrow morning. It will be my first time doing that one. Oh, and logarithms...they are hard to explain. Have to do with taking ten to an exponential value...there really isn't an easy way to explain them.

Jeanette, glad you had a good workout. It is always fun to take parts from different DVDs and make a workout out of them.

Rhea, hope you got your workout in tonight!

This morning I did MIS for the first time. My legs were shakey after that one. Then after class I did a 20 minute iTread workout then stayed on the TM for 30 more minutes walking and reading some microbio notes.

Gotta get back to studying. I hope everyone has a great evening!

-Becky
