Kickbox Fusion review

The kickboxing type workouts always deliver a punch. This workout was nicely paced with interesting combinations. I definitely worked up a sweat and loved so many of the moves such as the hook, jump knee move. That felt exhilarating. Burpees are no longer my thing so i definitely appreciated the alternative squats. Subbed three of these then stood up to fit with the musical beat. Time just flew by and i really felt my muscles. Final exercise when it came, however, I didn't like the tap kicks. I didn't like them so much that I wanted to do more of them - that move really challenges you and Cathe keeps you working right to the very end of the workout!

Cathe, this workout definitely has the wow factor!
