How awesome!! I just LOVE it!!

It's true!! Cathe outdid herself yet again!! There are a lot of fun, new moves and great music too! I LOVE the "Super Jigs" and there's even a Cranberries song in there!!!

What would we ever do without Cathe? :D
 
I am definitely going to wear this one out! It is incredible! I love the idea of short workouts for when I want to add yoga!
 
I did Workout#1 this morning. I was glad to find out those pushups weren't as bad as the picture made it out to be.LOL
I just now finished doing #3. This one works the biceps and has a new move. I won't spoil the surprise though.

I will wear this DVD out as well. So many options. I like the ease of how you can tack on more sets as I like to work my muscles in 3 sets.
Yep, this is the one I have been waiting for. The others are awesome too.
Arent' we going to have fun putting new workouts together? :p
 
Yes Wanda!! I am having a blast with this DVD. :)

You're so right about the push ups too. But boy I felt it the next day. I have finished all 5 now and will start again tomorrow. I have felt sore the next day with each one so far. Especially #5!!

I wonder.....does anyone know if on the Workout Blender on Timesaver DVD's (or any of the DVD's for that matter), you can program a section to play twice through by hitting "enter" twice for the same body part?

I love this DVD, as well! Tried #1 and #2. Can't wait to try the rest.

I also LOVE this DVD!!! I've done Workouts #1, #2 and #4 on this already. These types of workouts are my favorite because they include a little bit of everything - cardio and strength with some core work thrown in for good measure. I'm trying to decide whether to do #3 or #5 tomorrow. Ah, decisions, decisions.

Don't you just love it??!!

I tried this one the other day. Even DH enjoyed watching it! :) The Kung Fu Fighting segment was my fav! Cathe is really a ham on this one! (Squat on, Squat off! ....remember the Karate Kid movie, wax on, wax off? You'll know when you watch this workout!:D

You can program the same sequence twice! I love the Workout Blender! Have never figured out how to program across DVD's yet, but this feature is sooo easy! Have fun!
