I am rather new to your workouts. I started this Mar, now I have almost all your advanced collections. I love them all. But my knees seemed to give me up. So I am wondering for the premix, could you come up something friendly to knees so that I can use it to do back to back legs workout with your other advanced workouts, such as ME, PS, PLB/PUB, etc...
