June 30th: My last cigarette!!!

Keep up the good work, Chris!! Both of us can help your Mom (you with helping her quit cigarettes and me with her soda habit). I recently (almost a month) ago kicked the soda habit and feel great. I've never been a smoker, but I can imagine how much better you feel and how much your cardio workouts have improved. I'm proud of you :D
 
"High Five Chris"...The worst should be over. I find I do not gasp near as much during cardio. I was surprised when I did cardio for the first time since qitting. Peggy
