June 2009 Get Ready for Summer Rotation

Debbie, this looks very similiar to the rotation you just created for me...can I incorporate the two?

Debbie, I was thinking of starting this soon - I'd really like to incorporate some HC Extreme and Terminator WOs in it - do you think that would be okay on circuit days? Is the only one of those compilations that is pure cardio HCE #2?

I just got HCE and Terminator so I want to use them!

Sure, if they are cardio and weights go ahead and use them. I can't recall what's on the HC Extreme or Terminator workouts. I haven't done them in forever.

I am in the second week of this rotation and am already seeing a drop in weight and inches:D! I also joined a gym last week and wanted your advice on how to include some machine work at the gym with this rotation. I usually do Cathe work in the early AM and go to the gym during lunch time. Any advice would be appreciated.

Don't over do it with the weight training. Your body needs time to recover. If you want to workout at the gym, skip one of Cathe's workouts and just do a gym workout. Don't do both.

I just started this rotation and wow! I'm on 3rd day and legs haven't felt this sore in a long time,its a great rotation! Today tho I may just do upper body bcuz of how my legs feel .But I don't like going off track on a rotation! I look forward to doing others.

I am on the last week of this rotation and absoluately LOVE it!! I have dropped a few lbs and my legs are lookin' good- just in time for summer!

P.S. I have been doing your rotations for quite some time, but this one is my fav!! I will definitely be watching for the Summer 2010 rotation.
 
I'm going to give this rotation a go. It looks like a lot of fun. I haven't used any of circuits in a long time so this will be great. Thanks
