Lisa - SS is a great workout! Hope you were able to keep your promise to the pups for that walk! Smart not to try to do a traditional workout when you're trying to pack and move! I'm afraid there's another winter storm heading your way, too! I'll keep sending energy that it misses you and blow really hard that it goes by fast!
Alisha - I made some light rye bread for panninis. It's so great with the caraway seeds! Yum! How was the photo shoot?
Jane - Your workouts always amaze me! We did get about another 8" on Friday, but the sun came out by lunch time! We're supposed to be getting more though on Tues/Weds. Ugh. I'm so tired of it! Plus, we're getting into the below zero temps at night for a couple of days. Brrr! I hate those arctic blasts that come through this time of winter!
I've been keeping up with my P90X workouts! I'm loving it! My arms are shaping back up again! Legs are always sore after leg day! I only wish I could see my abs!
I know, I know, I really have to get serious on the diet if I'm going to get there. I just got my TurboFire package on Friday. Haven't dipped into that yet. I'm going to start reviewing it tomorrow and use that for my cardio days during STS - if I can wait that long to use it!
I also got Core and Strength Fusion and Bellydance 101 by Amira workouts that I won! I need to try them out as well! I have so much new stuff! AND I've only used my Jillian Michaels 30-Day Shred once! AND I want to get back to doing some Cathe too! I need more free hours in the day! lol
