Welcome to the New Year Jogglers!!!! Lets get our game faces on!
What is everybody planning for the first quarter? Training? Other stuff? Anything at all.
I'm working on losing these holiday pounds (I will weigh in on Monday, enough time for the sodium to work itself out of my system.) I'm upping my cardio, eating uber clean, and hitting my yoga matt 3x/week. I'm also adding violin back into my routine and finishing up the authoring on this 73 sequence project
