I like iTread 60 min Set 15. It is an endurance workout with a mix of sprints and hills.
The most fun treads to me are the ones that alternate intervals of treadmill work with intervals of resistance work. Two of my my favorites:
- iTread Armed & Dangerous Set 24 45 minutes (great music with lots of energy, the first song is like a 70's disco style song - "Gimme that cash!")
- iTread Ballet Set 4 - After every 5 minutes of treadill, you switch off the treadmill and pretend the hand rail is aballet barre and do leg work
- iTread n'tush Set 19 45 minutes - Glute focused resistance training alternated with treadmill intervals.
I also like the first ever iTread Set 1 20 minutes. I love the first song - it has an African influence. It is an intense, enjoyable 20 minute treadmill workout.
