Yes! I started Nov 1st 2015. I am trying something new. Since Halloween starts eating season, I thought why not do STS while I have all that extra "fuel". I am curious how it turns out.

After reading all your posts, I want to start STS already. Plus, I want to do the ICE series when Cathe releases it in the coming weeks. This is going to be a great series!

I agree, rest periods in Meso 3 are too long. I have a hard time getting through all four weeks.

This is where a rebounder comes in so handy! I rebound with Slow and Heavy too.

I am still doing STS. re-doing meso1. I did not plan it but I decided to postpone meso2.
christmas time is too busy. Meso 2 for January.

How is everyone doing?
