Is anyone incorporating Freestyle Training with STS for leaner legs?

Have you thought about trying Barre type workouts like Squeeze Lower Body Challenge, and/or doing the lower body portion of Squeeze Stronger? I have had lots of leaning out from these dvds. Perhaps you could add this work to the Bonus Legs from Meso One where Cathe doesn't use weights. There'd be a lot of reps, but I think the bulking you are experiencing might be reduced with workouts like this.

Which disc from Meso 1 has a bonus legs w/o weights? I have completed all of meso 1 & don't remember seeing that.

I love mixing in leg wo's w/ none or very light weights (more like functional fitness) to avoid bulking up my thick thighs.
 
Disk 3 has a bonus of about 10 minutes where Cathe and crew use a chair and do Squeeze like exercises. HTH!

I was wondering if either one of you have seen any results with your rotation? I have always worked legs only once a week but would really like to slim down the hips, thighs and butt. Did you keep your diet and everything else the same?

I have to say I am quite curious how this is going ladies....it's something that I've been thinking a lot about myself.
