Cathlete
I was teaching a cardio and weights class last night and we were doing lunges. After working the right side, we shook out our legs a little and got ready to do the left side. And before I could stop myself, this just popped out of my mouth: "What you do to one side, you do to the other." OMG! I just plagiarized Cathe!
Not to worry, I quickly said to my class, "That's a line from one of my fitness DVD's". I didn't get too in depth with it, because we were already moving on... I'm not sure who would really know who Cathe was anyway. It was kind of a beginner class.
Anyway, have any other instructors "borrowed" a saying or a combo from Ms. Friedrich for their classes? Just curious -- and I shouldn't feel guilty, right???
Have a good day!
