I've been doing the majority of the Hardcore workouts since I received them. I love the band and the burns. Here are my ratings:

>1=Easy workout (beginner level)

Muscle Max -9
HSC - 8.5
Kick Max - 8
Low Max (I'll leave unrated I haven't done it yet)
GSL- (I'll leave unrated I haven't done it yet)
GSBBS- 9
GSCT- 9
Core Max - 9
Stretch Max- 10 (Not intensity, I just really love it as in 10)

My favorite Cathe is still Step Blast
It's a continuing process.....

HSC = 8.5
GSL = 8

Favorite Hardcore = Imax3

Favorite Cathe = Step Blast (*great workout, plus is just makes me happy doing it! Great music, too!)

Muscle Max - 8.0
HCE - 10
Core Max - 8.5
GSL - 9.0
GS BBS - 8.5
GS C&T - 8.5

My favorite out of the HC series is Low Max

7. Core Max - 6 overall , except for levitation holds and those ball pikes which are 10 ;)

Favorite Cardio -- Imax 3-(I just love it, still cant do it all.)
Favorite Strength-- Slow and Heavy (I am addicted to this thing)

Really enjoy the ongoing challenge of Imax 3

fav... it depends on the month, but right now Low Max
 
01. IMAX 3 - 8.5
02. Low Max - 6 for sheer length of the workout. Also, if you really stay low and flex the core, glutes, quads, and hams as often as possible, you feel it much more.
03. High Step Challenge - 7.5
04. Muscle Max - 8
05. Kick Max - first part 5, challenge 8.5, leg drills 7.5 = average of 7
06. Hardcore Extreme - Invtervals and Circuits - 7.5, Low and High Intervals - 8, Intervals and leg drills - 9
07. Core Max - 7.5 but it seems to me the more I do this one, the tougher it gets.
08. Gym Style - Legs - 8.25 - Cathe's done tougher standing work before, but I think the floor work is quite challenging
09. Gym Style - Back, Biceps, Shoulders - 8.25 (biceps are the toughest, in my opinion)
10. Gym Style - Chest & Triceps - 8.25

Favorite Cathe workout of all time? Imax (the original)
