6. Hardcore Extreme (haven't done yet)
7. Core Max = 7.5
8. Gym Style - Legs = 7.5
9. Gym Style - Back, Biceps, Shoulders = 8
10. Gym Style - Chest & Triceps = 8.5

These are the hardcore workouts I have and how I rate each one.

Imax 3- 9.5
Hardcore Extreme- 9.5
Gym Style Legs- 8.0
Muscle Max- 8.0


I really do love the Hardcore Extreme dvd. Right now as far as Hardcore, that one is my favorite.

3. High Step Challenge ~ 8.5 (like this one almost as much as BC!!)
4. Muscle Max ~ 8 (LOVE it!)
5. Kick Max ~ 9 (blast section & leg conditioning drills WOWZERS!!)
6. Hardcore Extreme ~ 10 (LOVE the Hi/Lo intervals workout)
7. Core Max ~ 9
8. Gym Style - Legs ~ 8.5
9. Gym Style - Back, Biceps, Shoulders ~ 8.5
10. Gym Style - Chest & Triceps ~ 9.5 (PUSHUPS!!!)

I cannot get myself to do anything but the Hardcores!!!
