Cathe, I don't know if you can help me or not, but my metabolism has all but shut off. Seriously, I've always been slightly overweight as a child and teen, and then started using your videos and the firm late teen early twenties. I lost a lot of weight and gained alot of muscle. I rearranged my eating habits and got great results...........then 1 year ago I had my second child and no matter what I do the weight just stays. I'm doing nothing different. Still working out, still eating right, trying to change my exercise often to shock my body like you said. I just don't know what to do. Do you have any suggestions, or have you had similar people in your classes who had this problem and overcame it?
