Hi I'm new tho the cathe's forum. I've done a few of her dvd's and find her incredibly motivating. I bought new steps and got her dvd included. Boy is she tough, but thorough. I break a sweat every time I do any of her workouts. If I don't break a sweat I don't feel like I'm working out! That's why I love her dvd's. I also have Slim in 6, but I don't break a sweat on the 1st 2 dvd's, only the Mix it Up and Tear it up videos. Then I feel great!!! Afterwards of course!
