Hi Carolyn....the step moves will be as basic as they are in Athletic training. There is no form of step choreography in To The Max

Since my hubby is going with me to the Chicago RT, he will oh so happy if there is no step. I would enjoy it immensely, not only because I love step, but because it would be hilarious to watch him try step .
