I thought it was Spring

Spring? You must have blinked and missed it....

It's in the 40's here in Northern Illinois, windy, and storms they-are-a-brewin'!!!

Angie

Oh - it's FREEZING in Minnesota. It's about 35 degrees, raining and blowing. With the windchill it's around 29 - UGH!!!! I'm so ready for spring. I guess I will really appreciate it when it FINALLY gets here.

It has been raining more than usual and we got nickel sized hail two days ago. Finally, though, it is going to be 80 degrees today, just under normal. Time for the sunblock.

no kidding Marcia I live in Lakeville MN and woke up to a very cold house and the furnace would not work either thankfully Aquila is quick and I now have heat made me move alot quicker on that treadmill the weather is always bad on the fishing opener and prom which kinda stinks maybe sunday the sun returns

snow?????????????geez and i thought MY weather was bad when it dropped to 60 today from 84 yesterday. I just went out expecting it to be chilly but its really not too awful bad :)

The weather patterns must me mixed up all over the country. It is expected to by 82 here today and 84 tomorrow... a little warm for early-mid may here in MO. BUT, I won't complain since you are getting snow.

I gotta tell you guys when I walked out of work last night about 5:30 it was 70 degrees. That's chilly in Orlando this time of year!

The weather is so screwed up. We've been having a week in the 90's then the next week is highs in the 30's. Last night the weather forcaster said that in western south dakota (I'm in eastern ND) that the snow fall from this storm will be measured in FEET. omg. That is so wrong.

SNOW???? EW! Gosh, hope that cold air doesn't come down my way. It was about 87 degrees yesterday and very humid right now and in the high 70's.

Hi Lisa

I know what you mean... I am just over the river from you in freezing cold Bloomington. Is Spring coming this year or what! We were teased a month or so ago!

Have a good day.

Nancy

The weather is really messed up. 3 times this year, we've had tornado warnings and I'm in CALIFORNIA! We had them again on Tuesday with thunderstorm warnings Monday and Tuesday. Today it is supposed to be in the 80s. My guess is we will miss spring and go straight to the heat of summer :(

Colleen

Candi, I don't feel sorry for you, and to be quite honest, I don't like you much anymore, either.}( When the seventies are chilly, you are in paradise IMO! In FL, you can always count on it to be a hot and humid day with chance of rain (except for today because it is a "chilly" 70!) In the midwest, you never know what you are going to get. It was 91 degrees yesterday, and today it is 57. x( Yuck!

Hate to rub it in, but it's 91 degrees here in Atlanta! It's been colder than usual here too this spring, but I think we've crossed over to summer now.

Cheryl

Although it's beautifully sunny and clear here outside Buffalo, NY - it's only 49 degrees. April and May are always such bizarre months. When I was uploading those pictures that I just took this morning, there were pictures from last month of my daughter playing on her swingset in a good 6" of snow! I think the following week it was 70 degrees.

Mary,

It was 28 degrees here this moring and we had 5" of snow!! I know this storm has been hovering above us for the past couple of days. Supposed to be up to 70 by Saturday, tho!! Hang in there, it has to be here soon!!:)

It is now 7:17pm on Thursday night here in beautiful Indiana. I live just south of Indianapolis, and we're gearing up for the big race here in a few weeks (if you don't know what the big race is, it's the Indy 500). Anyhoo, the weather has been about the way it usually is this time of year for the big race: Hot and humid one day (mid 80's), cool and breezy the next (mid 60's). That's what you get with all these springtime cold fronts truckin' down from Canada. My house had a line of storms parked over it last night for about 4 hours, and we got a major lightning show here. Funny thing, though, is that it only "poured" once for about a minute; otherwise it just rained steadily (but easily) for the entire 4 hours). LOTS of lightning, though!!! Big long boomers, too! That's Indiana lingo for "thunder", by the way.

Today was almost perfect, though. If it had been about 5-8 degrees warmer, it would have been, but that's okay. The cool breeze that blew through my window while I was doing Lowmax today was perfect!!
