I met Cathe and Francine today!!!

Hi everyone,

My mom and I drove about 1 1/2 hour to visit Cathe at her gym. I been talking with Francine for few weeks now and made plans to meet with her and Cathe to take Cathe's class, Cathe you are one tough lady and beautiful inside and out and so are you Francine:) Cathe and Francine really made my day. Cathe even bake brownies for Francine and I and really made me feel very welcome. Cathe thanks so much for really making my day:). It felt so great to meet you in person. And thank you for making my mom feel welcome also. She really had fun taking pictures of all of us. I can't believe you brought your dvd's with you. Do you know in all the times I've been there, I've carried them in my car & didn't have the nerve to ask her to sign them!!! You go girl! I wish I had been able to get the day off to join you.

I met Barbara and mom!

Hey Barbara,
I'm soo glad we had the chance to meet and work out with Cathe!What an "incredible" morning! Everything was delightful! The workout was soo INTENSE( I'm feeling the effects of her class today all over ;),there's no slacking in Cathe's kickboxing class-it's high energy all the way through! (took my breath a way a few times--thank goodness for the wrist moves in the end, when we were opening and closing the jars-- I was opening up a can of AIR ;-)for more oxygen! woo-hoo needed a breather! (especially before we hit the floor for her hardcore ab work) She's non-stop and it was such a pleasure to share this kind of pain with you }(

Your mom is a doll! That was soo sweet that she took the ride with you and shared in your excitement! What a lovely lady! You are soo lucky! She took great pics! I had to laugh at the one when she took a pic of you taking a water break the look on your face was priceless!!!! and yup she captured it!hahaha Gotta love a camera happy woman!Cathe cracked me up when she said Just keep smiling--too funny, your mom would just click away , no 1-2-3 cheese to prepare ya hahahaha Loved every minute of it especially the getting to know you and mom! Thanks for hooking up and letting me share in your special day, it was just as "special" to me! A perfect morning, an am workout with our idol,an oppurtunity to talk with Cathe and get to know each other better, pics to share for a lifetime and let's not forget those scrumptious brownies--they sure did hit the spot }(
