Francine thanks so much for replying. I had the best time in my life. I still feel like it was just a dream. I also lost my breath a few times. I still can't believe that I took a live class. It was so amazing. I am so glad that I got to meet with you and chat. I am so sore in my shoulders today from the arm drills, those jar opener and closer was a killer at the end}(. It was so fun taking a live Cathe class. I will be taking more in the future very soon . I will talk to you very soon.

Deborah I can't believe you didn't have Cathe sign your dvds. I hope the next time I come down we can meet and take a class.
