Exactly, you feel like you got a great workout even though it goes by so quickly.... well, maybe except when you're in the middle of the nth set of push-ups <g>
I love STS because its so different, gives me GREAT challenge, and it was such a surprise. I ignored all the presale info, ignored all the different threads, but then got the chance to try out STS through a friend who ordered it (I get to be her guinea pig).
I have several other Cathe strength workouts as well as other instructors and this one ranks WAY HIGH on the top of my list.
Thanks Cathe for such a fun set of workouts. How about STS cardio?
It feels really good! I haven't done much endurance training lately and it is a nice change of pace. The workouts go really fast (an hour feels like half that) and I know I am doing my body good - giving it a break from heavier lifting and building it stronger for the Mesocycle 2 - hypertrophy. Excellent production - worth every penny!
I also love it beacuse there are so many variations for legs, it's not all w/ a loaded barbell, that tends to hurt my back. Not so sure about the paper plate moves, I'm not sure if I have the correct form. Anyone else feel this way?
I love the variety too. The time does fly by. I started week 3 yesterday and I found myself thinking how glad I was that I was only doing 1 set of some of those excercises.
