Thank you from me as well!! I never have to worry about whether a video of yours is good or not! You put forth such quality work and I love that you give us all those premixes, too!! STS is not on my agenda any time soon, but I can see all the hard work that has gone into it. So THANKS!!

Thanks for the good vibes and well wishes! We really do appreciate them as they make the long hours and seven day work weeks a little easier. We look forward to sharing with you very soon what we feel is the most advanced and best strength training system ever made for the home exerciser. STS has truly been a very special project for us and 100% of our heart and passion has gone into making it. Every detail from the menu graphics, packaging, camera angles, music, audio, video set and the workouts themselves have been thoroughly analyzed and fine tuned making STS our best production ever. Though the price per STS DVD is our cheapest ever, the total price is not and we can not tell you how much we appreciate the customers that have put their faith in us to deliver a product site unseen. The CEO of NFL Films has a sign in his office that we really feel sums up this project:
"Long after the price has been forgotten, the quality will live on!"

I'm confident STS will be WELL worth the wait, and I've been plenty busy doing other things in the meantime, so it's all good! So many workouts, so little time!

The last couple of weeks have been especially crazy pulling off some STS magic and while I wanted to get online and spend time on the forums, I knew that every minute counted in getting STS in your hands. As the email stated earlier today...STS is off to the replicators, ahhhh, and I am looking forward to being back on the forums as a regular event Hugs to all of you for this warm hearted thread. Hadn't looked at this thread because I thought it was more negative energy, and I didn't want to feed that.
But now, after finally wavering and clicking on the link, I can only say yes, yes, yes! I just viewed the latest YouTube excerpts of the ab routines and they make me want STS more than ever.
This is Cathe's oeuvre, a culmination of everything she's learned over the years. I have cleared the decks and cannot wait to get it. I think it will help make 2009 a good year for me because I'm ready to do the work!
