I love Cardio Coach

.....and I haven't even done a workout yet! You all had convinced me to try the Cardio Coach programs so when they went on sale I did. I bought an MP3 player and have had a devil of a time with the download process. The download itself went fine, but the transferring has been a nightmare. I have over 20 hours into 3 volumes. I sent an e-mail off to Cardio Coach help section and Coach Sean himself answered me. He has been in repeated contact with me, offering advice, tips, and plain old encouragement. i finally did an end run around to get the results I needed. When I let him know I can finally do a workout, he informed me that he was refunding my purchase costs because of all the hassle. Even though I am sure I am doing something wrong and had told him so repeatedly, he still does this generous thing for me, a stranger! I am so impressed! (AND now I can go order the other 4 volumes,LOL!)
Thank you all for giving me the push to try out Cardio Coach! I'm totally crazy about him and I know the workouts are going to be as amazing as he is!

Just wait until you DO a workout!!! What you have experienced with Coach Sean is why so many of us *heart* him so!!!

Becky, I'm so sorry for all the trouble you've had trying to transfer the workouts to your MP3 player, but thank you for posting your experiences with Coach Sean. Even though his generosity has been well documented on this and other forums, I still appreciate knowing that he hasn't changed one bit! He has always put the needs of his customers first. He is truly caring and generous, and with a social conscience, too. It's so decent of you to go back and buy the remaining workouts!

Hmmmmmm... I wonder if anybody has a birthday coming up? I was thinking a couple of downloads would make a GREAT gift... or CD's if he still has any left.

Oh how wonderful! I am a Cardio Coach newbie also and have fallen in love with these workouts! (I do them on my spinning bike!)

Hahahaha.... oh yeah, I wasn't feeling too kindly towards him during the bonus challenge he gave us for the last Press Play workout -- Challenge 2 from CC#8.

I've been trying to write reviews for his workouts, a task I totally SUCK at (Sean mentioned in his last group email that he'd really appreciate it if we'd submit reviews or sign his guest book). I was thinking about how kind he is to us and this seems like an easy way to show our gratitude. So far I've submitted reviews for PUMP, Press Play (and he just removed that workout from the store), Volume 1, and the 10 CD set (which hasn't posted yet). I'm planning to write reviews on all of the workouts.
