I HATE STEP!!!

I'm going to have to give BodyMax2 a second look. The first time I tried it, I quickly gave up because Cathe seemed to dive right into the combos. Might have been a day when I was particularly tired or something.
 
Maddiesmum, I don't have that workout, so I can't join you :-( However, I did Party Rockin' Step #2 again tonight, got the same results (in all the places on my legs & butt that I needed to), so I'm gonna do my best to get better in increments. Maybe that's the secret to it all.

No matter which step tape I do, I can only do about 30 min and then I get bored.
Then I get on my treadmill, hi lo or Awt. I find it's hard on my knees.
