Which is great, but you know what? I don't feel like I'm ready. Weird, huh? Last week working out didn't even enter my head. This week I'm craving it but I still don't feel up to it. She said I couldn't hurt anything, although healing would be slowed if I overdid it.
I think I'm gonna spend a few more days on the couch, & then try something low impact Monday. But while I'm missing cardio, I am dying for weights! Hopefully a week & a half & I'll be back to busting my butt at the gym.
