How was your Sunday?

Hi Everyone! How was your Sunday? Did you do anything special with your family? Catch up on housework? Treat yourself to anything at the mall? Workout? Enjoy a day of rest? We had a packed Sunday that just wrapped up a little over an hour ago. My parents stopped over and visited for the day. We did so much stuff together....it was lot's of fun.

I'll be back tomorrow to check in after a double class....Bootcamp followed by Yoga. Sleep Well All!

Just finished watching the series finale of Lost, I'm still not sure I get it! I did HIIT 30/30 this morning, then actually, I did go to the mall and bought a pair of shoes, then spent the rest of the evening cooking a parsnip soup and a pork stew (it was supposed to be lamb, but had to improvise).

Have a good night!

I was going to work out today, but on a whim our family decided to check out a campground about 20 miles away from our house, and it was so nice out that we just kept driving another 100 miles to Missoula, MT! We rode a beautiful carousel at a park there and there was cotton candy, mini donuts, and kettle corn, with face painting and pony rides. It was really fun for the kids! There was even a dragon-themed playground. Now that we are back home, I'm pretty beat.

Worked out first thing this morning, went to church and then we went to the Portland Art Museum -- then watched the Italian movie Life is Beautiful. It was a good day :)

L ~ A ~ Z ~ Y day for me! No housework... no workout. My husband has been traveling a lot lately and we haven't had much time to just hang out, so that's what we did today. We started with a late brunch, then came home and watched a movie. We spent some time chatting and catching up on things, and then we went to dinner, followed by a stroll in the moonlight. It was a wonderful day!

Sleep well, Cathe! It sounds like you earned your rest. :)

I was out of town for a wedding this weekend and returned home about 3pm yesterday (Sunday). I was exhausted so I fell into bed for an almost 2 hour nap and then cleaned the house a bit and had a quick dinner. After that it was just a lazy Sunday night and into bed at 9:30.

Glad you had a fun day, Cathe! :)

Enjoyed the weekend with a visiting friend! We were up late (3 a.m.) into Sunday morning goofing and watching tv, so we slept in, then just vegged until it was time to take her to the airport. DH and I crashed when we got home and watched some more tv, had dinner and I slept in again this morning! Was supposed to get up and workout at 5, but it just wasn't in me today!

It was a terrific and fun weekend, but now I need a day off just to recover!

Hi Cathe! I treated myself to a pedicure and a new pair of Capris. Today we are headed for the beach. Have a great day!

My Sunday was packed but amazing! I worked out in the morning, then a few close friends and I took my BFF out for a baby brunch since she isn't having a shower. We went back to her house afterward and watched "The Ugly Truth," which I thought was hilarious (and Gerard Butler is VERY easy on the eyes ;) ). It was one of the best Sundays I've had in a long time!

Went to the Twin's game! DH got his hands on first row seats right behind home plate. If anyone watched the game, you would have seen us:) It was awesome being so close to the players!

Hi Cathe

I ran my first race, a 10k, and brought home a third place medal for my age group! I even missed the turn for the 10k runners and had to double back! LOL!

It was a beautiful day!

Thank you for STS, such an amazing lifting program, without it I would not have become a runner.

:D

(Judi - OMG! I am so jealous, what great seats!)

The stadium is amazing and a whole different experience than watching a game in the dome. DH shares season tickets with some other people but they are not where we sat yesterday...darn it;)

I have twin nephews who played against Joe Mauer during summer little league games and even back then, he was something special to see.

Have fun when you go this summer:)
