How much did I pay for the original preorder?

Someone refresh my memory. I ordered this new series the first week of the preorder, but it's been so long I can't remember what I paid. Was it $59.00??

I think that is about right. I preorder at the beginning too and it was like $59.00 or $59.99 if memory serves me right.

The price usually goes up in intervals while the presale is on. So the first to order get a better price than the last.

I placed my order for all four workouts on September 17, 2005 and paid $65.99.

I preordered right away last year too and $65.99 is what I paid.

When did the presale begin? Does anybody remember? I purchased mine on September 18th and my credit card statement says $65.99. I don't know if the shipping is included in that but I thought I bought right away.

That does include the shipping! They were $59.99. Back then, the shipping was only $6.00x(
