How Many Workouts Do You Own?

bonvivant

NRGWoman's thread got me wondering. How many do you have? Spill it. We're all friends here.

I have over 500 I know for sure. Exactly how many over 500, I don't know. I quit counting. Like NRGWoman, I count individual discs or tapes. In addition to that, I count sets as individual DVDs. *hangs head* Like Meso 1 is one DVD and P90x is another DVD. It's how I keep myself in denial.

My name is Mary and I am ADDICTED to workout videos:rolleyes: I currently have well over 200 videos and look foward to MANY more.

I am also addicted, but I have started selling them off on EBAY the past couple months. My hubby asked me to stop buying vids I am not going to use. Our second room is a home gym which has actually started crawling into our living room. I am happy with my Cathy Vids, so I've gotten rid of all my older vids. Older being the ones I bought last year! :)

I am also addicted! I have well over 200 although I haven't counted lately. It's probably closer to 300 by now!

Wow! I don't feel so bad. I only have around 113 DVD's not including my old VHS tapes. I SHOULD order a few more...LOL!

Around 200 I think. I've got a 900 square foot unfinished basement to use as my home gym so I have plenty of space!

I am a vidiot! I stopped counting after Firm, Fitprime, Cathe and a few others. I went through my workouts and have some listed on Craigslist and Firm Yayas. I have gotta take a hard long look at other workouts to sale. This is soooooo hard for me. :D LOL

Giving unused exercize videos away...

A good question. I'm glad to see there are other video addicts out there. I have about 200-250, including old VHS's that I still use.

I have divided my video collection into three groups: aerobic videos that are too difficult or too complex for me to use (as an older exercizer), or videos that I do not enjoy; videos that I find are enjoyable and useful; and videos that are enjoyable but are too easy.

I plan on giving away all the too-difficult/unenjoyable videos, to my church's charity yard sale planned for this September (I have about 20-30 of these). But I am saving my too-easy videos, to be used as an elderly exercizer 10+ years from now.

A footnote: I am in my 4th week of STS, and I find that when I am STSing, I cannot use any other of my strength videos that I like and love (such as Cathe's Maximum Strength). So I have put these in a separate box off in a closet, until STS is over.
