It varies. I really need/like my sleep. But for the last several years I have suffered from insomnia so I have to suck it up with less![]()
3-4 hours a night if I'm lucky.![]()
I'm with Nancy. I do great on about 9 hours regularly, but get 7-8 during the week and crash on the weekends for 9-12 hours.Generally, 7-8 hours on weeknights and 9-12 on weekends
I'm the same way! First it was the dog tags I heard so I made a pocket of fleece to cover them with so I wouldn't hear it. Now I hear her ears when she shakes.....I'm so glad to hear someone else wakes up from that little noise. I just end up letting her out so I don't have to listen to her, but when it's cold or snowing then I have to stay awake to let her back in. I don't think she needs out it's just a habit, of course now that she is geriatric I find "dribbles".I get around 8 hours but it's broken sleep. I wake up at least once during the night. I got into the habit letting my dogs out. I wake when I hear their ears shake. It's crazy, because they can go all night without a potty break.
