Now that I've done an STS workout (yay!), isn't there an option in the workout manager to go in and record my actual weights and reps? If so, can someone please tell me how?
where do you do the updates? in the calendar? is there a way to change it so that when the exercise appears again in disc 4 and you print out the workout card the actual weight appears?
The easiest way to do this is to add the workout *after* you completed it. Then, scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see each workout with the number of reps and the target weight. Make your modifications here.
I don't see anything at the bottom of the calendar. What am I missing here girls. I too need to make adjustments. I put my sts rotations in the calendar and checked the completed workout. I just don't see any other options on this calendar.
