How are you breaking your sweat today?

I missed my early morning workout today so I just popped on my running shoes and ready to hit the treadmill for a quick 30 before lunch. What are you doing for your mind and body today?
 
I did Butts and Guts Overall Legs premix this morning. Ouch! Loved it--still feel it in my quads and glutes.
 
Gosh Cathe id love to know how much u exercise a day. Are there days that you only exercise once? It seems u exercise morning and noon and night.. How do u do that without injury? Or am I guessing wrong? Today is rest day for me.
 
Stair intervals! phew!

and seemingly almost constant walking my new puppy for potty training, and teaching her to use a leash. Can't wait till she's ready for long walks in the park! Maybe someday running in the park. Huskies are long distance runners.

Hi Renee! I am pretty active but on the days I have 3 classes, one of them is always my senior class so that is mostly seated in a chair. I leave Tuesdays and Thursdays open for my own workouts (or subbing if we have a call out). Weekends are tough with my kids sports schedules so sometimes I workout and sometimes I don't. Sometimes its a quick 15 minute core workout, or interval workout, or quick fix circuit along the lines of yesterdays energy break on FB (just 10 minutes longer). So it's not too bad. But if I sense an ache or pain lurking in the background on a given day or during a given workout, I quickly back off and go to plan B. Me no likey injuries :(

Planning to do 30/30 when I get home .. Although they are painting in our living room aka workout center so I will go to the bedroom or Studio B ;-)
 
I wish youd write a book.. Oh or do a reality show lol at least maybe on cathe tv.. A week in the life of Cathe! Id so watch... And I hate reality shows. But this one id love!
 
Plyo Legs M3W3 and Abs Circuit No Equipment was my workout today. I almost chickened out on the abs, but I did it and am very happy that I stuck to it. Like Natasha's old signature used to say, no one has ever regretted a workout.:) I would have regretted chickening out!
 
I dance country,ballroom,and swing every thurs 8:30-10.Before that,a private lesson(review) I am getting ready with my teacher to participate in a routine at the christmas party at the dance studio.I will be doing 2 step and west coast swing.If anyone lives in houston,you are welcome to attend!
