I missed my early morning workout today so I just popped on my running shoes and ready to hit the treadmill for a quick 30 before lunch. What are you doing for your mind and body today?
Stair intervals! phew!
and seemingly almost constant walking my new puppy for potty training, and teaching her to use a leash. Can't wait till she's ready for long walks in the park! Maybe someday running in the park. Huskies are long distance runners.
Gosh Cathe id love to know how much u exercise a day. Are there days that you only exercise once? It seems u exercise morning and noon and night.. How do u do that without injury? Or am I guessing wrong? Today is rest day for me.
