How about a personality trait in yourself that you LIKE???

Let's be positive. But this seems much harder, because it feels like bragging or being big-headed. What do you like about yourself?

I like that I'm so organized and that I do things very efficiently. It makes me good at my job and it makes my home life run much more smoothly.

I like helping others in especially if I am making a difference in their life. I am extremely kind and I can't stand to see anyone or animals suffer that is why I can't watch violent movies as they give me nightmares.

I like the fact that I get very emotionally attached to "needy" children. We currently support two kids from the Dominican Republic through Christian Children's Fund, and everyone who knows me knows that I'd do anything to help children. Sorry ladies ~ I could care less about animals  (don't shoot me) but show me a child who needs something and I'll try my best to make sure he/she gets it. (My latest venture is prom dresses. I currently bought about 10 brand NEW prom/bridesmaids dresses at an auction ($60 total for ALL of them) and am quietly circulating the news around school for any girls who may not be able to afford one to come see me.)

When I'm good, I'm very, very good. When I'm bad, I'm horrid.}(

No, I've been told that one word that comes to mind when people think of me is giving. I like to help people out any way I can.

RE: How about a personality trait in yourself that you ...

I am always a very positive person, and I always have a very high energy level.
Most all of the time I am in a "happy go lucky mood"..People always say that I am too Happy, and I have too much Energy and could I please give them some of my energy..I just laugh..because that is one thing that I love about being me. : )

:) ;-) :D :p :9 :7 :+ :)

You guys are too funny.

One of the things I like about myself is... this sounds conceited!... but I am really smart and have the ability to synthesize a lot of information very quickly and then articulate it so other people understand, too. Which makes me very good at my job, although not always popular, lol.

I also have a very dry wit which most people (including me) really enjoy. :)

DH and I talked about this yesterday. My first inclination is to trust and like a person. Especially if there is a "connection" when we converse the first few times. DH feels a person needs to earn that from him over a period of time.

I will typically see the good in any situation and truly feel that when a bad situation occurs, it can always be worse. I guess you could say I'm a "silver lining" kind of person who sees the "glass as half full rather than half empty".

Marie,

I'm going to use this statement on my next performance review, LOL.

I like that I am independent and can take care of myself. Over the past few years, I've discovered that I am a lot stronger than I thought I was. I'm constantly a "work in progress."

I have no problem bragging. :) I'm very determined & disciplined. When I set my mind to something it gets done.

Also I'm very optomistic. I always do my best to look on the bright side of things.

I'm open-minded and non-judgemental when it comes to people and how they live their lives (former SO calls that "being liberal").

I'm a devoted friend. I will do almost anything for a true friend.

I'm determined (like Maximus). Some people call it stubborn ;-)

I'm independent and intelligent.

And I have bicep veins!

Wow...I like me all of a sudden :)

I am very independent and adventurous!!! I believe diversity is one humanity's greatest strengths. I try to influence my child and many of the people I work with to learn from sister cultures and celebrate diversity at every possible opportunity.
