Holy Cannoli! (Yet another CC Vol8 thread)

ITA with Michelle ... you can get a good sweatfest going on and feel worked in a short time using v.1 ...honestly you just can't go wrong with any of the CCs and that also includes Press Play :D
 
I didn't want to start yet another CC thread so I'm bringing this one back. :)

Just wanted to add that today was my first experience with CC. I did Vol 8 and...just WOW! What a fun workout! I did it at the gym on the elliptical machine and I was amazed at how much I could get my HR up on that thing! I noticed that a man next to me was trying to keep pace with me, which I thought was kinda funny too. But it was so easy to really work hard with the music/voice combo. And the time just FLEW by. I don't remember looking at my watch ONCE (which is a first for me)!

Thanks to everyone (especially Amy and Michele)for inspiring me to try this!! :* :*

Can you imagine ME turning people on to cardio? Who'da thunk it!? Cardio Coach workouts have been such a lifesaver for me, I cannot tell you. It's impossible for me to contain my enthusiasm. ;-) :D

Michele - I see I did it again!! Sorry about the two L's x( Thanks for the info, Michele and ShyWolf. I am off to order it - may as well... that way, I can say I have all of them :) I will be joining you for my first PP this Saturday and can't wait!
 
We're gonna give Vol. 4 a try (the music sounded too cool to pass up).

You'll love it! Remember, you and/or your daughter can skip challenges and tailor these workouts to suit your abilities! Have fun!
