I am debating between these two workouts and wanted to get some input on the pros and cons of each. I noticed that HSTA doesn't have any ab work according to the description. Is that true? Does your core get used at all? That would be a negative in my book, but I know that I have seen many people on this forum say they love this workout and prefer it to HSC. Are there positives to HSC outside of having an ab section? How do the two workouts compare in terms of intensity? Does one feel like a better circuit workout than the other? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
