High Step Topper

Hi everyone. I currently have the step that Cathe does her step aerobics on and was thinking of getting a high step topper for the workouts where she uses them.

I was wondering if the high step topper that they sell on the website can use the risers that came with our step for step aerobics??? Also, I currently have 4 risers total. Do you think I can get away with this many our should I order an extra to have 5 risers? I am thinking I should order the extra because I am 5'8" and it seems as if it might be worth it for me.

What do you think?

Karin

Yes, it will fit. This was exactly my question a few months ago and I did order the topper. I have a total of 8 risers. I am six feet tall and do my leg presses with six risers and the topper, making it 16". I think you will want to use five risers with your height. I had the old firm box and believe me, the high step is sturdier.

The risers sold on this site are black. They may come in other colors somewhere else.

Karin--
I got my high step topper at Dick's sporting goods(in FL)and my risers are purple. I think Sports Authority sells them also. Just trying to think of a place so you could go pick it up instead of having to order it. I'm only 5'3" but I like having the extra risers for doing the laying down benching workouts. Love my high step topper for those HSC workouts!

Thanks for the info everyone! Mary, I have a Dick's Sporting Goods right across the street from where I live and didn't even think to look there. Thanks so much for the heads up!!! Have fun high stepping!

Karin--
I LOVE Dick's sporting goods!! Though I will tell you that their website vs. what is actually in the store can be deceiving--I've found things in the store that weren't on the website, probably because they can't keep up with all the fun stuff that they have.
Happy shopping!!

Mary;)

I know the risers sold with the high step topper work with the Club Step (the full size one that Cathe uses in most of her videos).

Not sure if they work with some of the smaller, shorter steps.

Thanks Pennstater. Did you go to Penn State? I did too. I was there from 1996 to 2001 in grad school.

No, the risers for the smaller steps are also smaller (rectangular instead of square) and won't fit the high step topper.
