Just to remind everyone, I'm still stumbling through Basic Step, which seems like an Imax to me, so I just pretend to be one of the big girls :eek:

It's Friday????
These holidays have me all messed up. I did IMAX 2 as part of my step it up goal for the new year, so I guess I killed 2 birds with one stone. Glad I checked over here. And even though I LOVE this workout, it still kills me.

IMAX 2 is going to be my workout today for sure!!! I really need those fat burning moves. I am guilty of eating way too much dip this week ;)
 
Hey, I didn't even realize it was IMAX Friday, and I did IMAX2 this morning! It must be my psychic (uhhh, psycho?) connection with you all! ;)
 
My days are all messed up too, but I will do it tomorrow morning instead of CC! (sorry coach sean :p)

Oh my! My days are soo mixed up! I keep thinking it is Sunday today but I should know it's not since DH went to work and we didn't go to church! Ha! Great for those of you who did your workout of any iMax today. I think we had decided it would be Imax 3 this month but any of the 3 is fine. I think I will plan to do it tomorrow. If you already have your workouts planned for this weekend, you can always do it next Friday or Saturday. Happy Imaxing whatever you decide. HAPPY NEW YEAR too! 2009! WOW!
 
IMAX question

Hi all -

This is my first post ever. I'm a total lurker. I have IMAX2 and just finished it. Didn't realize there was IMAX Friday - but I'm in!!

However - I am still pretty new to Cathe step. I only did her strength training for the last year. I see IMAX3 in the DVD sales - but where is IMAX?? Is it under a different name that I don't know about?? :eek:

Any help would be appreciated.

I hear ya Ellie, I can't tell you how many times a day I'm saying "What day is it?" :confused: Reality keeps getting closer & closer :(

I did Imax 3 one day this week, not sure when now? Whenever it was, it was brutal!
