Morning Everyone,

I did Imax 2 today and Stretchmax 1. I'm still feeling under the weather, but I forced myself to workout and I'm going to work.....maybe I'll stay home tomorrow if I'm not feeling better. I don't want to be sick for Vegas.

Hi Ladies,

I have not checked in for a few days, but I am getting some workouts in. Friday I did a 3 mile interval run and GS legs, Saturday I did a 5 mile run and ab/core and stretch from HSC. Yesterday I did a 9.5 mile run outside. It was beautiful out, in the 70s.

I am thinking I will do HSTA this evening. I did this last week and forgot how much I love it.

Hi!
Today was legs! I did Lower Body Blast from SS and PP (2 sets). Followed by 4 sets, 12 reps hamstring curls.
My legs are still shakey. I love it!

Hi everyone!

IMAX 3 today for me+ MM chest and back (because I was sick yesterday, I'm trying to fit 4 days of workouts into 3 days, hence MM is being split into 3 parts over Mon, Tue, Wed and added to what I had scheduled:p )

Hi Ladies ~

GS BSB for me and Segment 1 of Coremax. Felt great to have the weights back in my hands after all the reaching, bending and lifting I did over the weekend getting my house ready for showings. I've got to force myself back into early AM sessions. Having the house on the market wrecks any structure I have in the PM. (This is exactly the incentive I need.) I'm just going to have to suffer thru the adjustment AGAIN!!
