This morning was GS BSB. I accidentally grabbed a 25lb. db and a 20 lb db for the first exercise, lat pull. I wondered why it was more difficult on my left side. Figures! I did all three sets with it. Now I realize I should increase my weight for that to two 25lbs db.
I followed with CM#1, and in/outs with 5lb ankle weights.
I've been following Cathe's rotation, I just do all the weight w/o's first, then cardio. I really like building strength rotations.
