Morning everyone,
Today was Gym Style Legs - Floorwork and PLB - on the ball, Coremax Segment 3 and I was supposed to do StretchMax but I ran out of time. I'll do it tomorrow with Kickmax.

Good morning! I'm so happy because I have gotten up early to workout two days in a row (I have to start small and be content with the little things!). I did GS chest and tri today and I am also happy because I did 11 big girl pushups during the drop sets (and then sank to my knees for the rest). Those pushups are so brutal! Anyone who can complete all of them gets my award for superwoman. Tonight I have a running class and will be running 2-3 miles and I may try to squeeze in Coremax at some point.

This morning I did LowMax (4-7) and session 3 of StretchMax. I'm taking it slow this week because I'm still fighting a cold.

Hi!
This morning was GS BSB. I accidentally grabbed a 25lb. db and a 20 lb db for the first exercise, lat pull. I wondered why it was more difficult on my left side. Figures! I did all three sets with it. Now I realize I should increase my weight for that to two 25lbs db.

I followed with CM#1, and in/outs with 5lb ankle weights.

I've been following Cathe's rotation, I just do all the weight w/o's first, then cardio. I really like building strength rotations.

Good morning, today was HSC. Tomorrow is a step and abs day, probably Christi for a change of pace. Saturday is Bodymax and Sunday probably Coremax and Stretchmax, for a break. I will be offline for a few days, so I thought I would pre-check in! Have a great day and weekend!
 
Today was KPC tomorrow is GS legs standing only and I think strechmax. I am on a 10 day cycle as I am trying to change my rest day boy am I feeling it! I sure am getting grouchy :( But I need to lose these last 10 pounds!!!!

Last night I did HSTA and a 2 mile run. Tonight I am doing another short run and GS legs and possibly a segment of CoreMax.

Good Morning ladies , I could not get up this am , Huge windy storm last night ,kept waking me up . Anyhow at nap time I will do my workout, GS Tri . Have great days :) :) :)
 
Hi Everyone,
This mornings workout was HC Extreme HiLo intervals, GS Chest & Triceps using the Bowflex for most of the exercises, Bowflex abs w/ resistance for 15 minutes and Core Max 3.

Tracy its good to see you back. I like working out early, otherwise there can be so many unexpected interuptions.
