(dropped 5# for these as my form is better for it)
Lat Pulldowns
100# 4/4
70# 20/20
(same as last time)
BICEPS
Barbell Curls
85# 4/4
70# 12
55# 20/18
(up 5# on these)
Zottmans:
30's 4/4
20's 15x's
Concentration Curls
30's 20/20 (same as before)
