today was a leg workout i am signing up tomorrow....finally, for les mills or beach body maybe both

my incision hurts so bad my dentist checked on me and said wisdom teeth extractions are harder on adults, pain pill not helping for long

Still battling headache but manageable. Doctor gave me a prophylactic medication to take that also helps with weight loss but can cause loss of concentration.

Evening everyone

Today’s workout, Cardio Coach press play and LesMill’s Ab Attack.

Yesterday I wasn’t able to workout, got up late, I had to attend to 4 GKs, by the time I finished I was pooped.

Went to see my GS and he’s doing so much better.

Nice work everyone. I’m going to relax and watch TV. Enjoy your evening
