Today I woke up at 5:30 am and it was 98 degrees out with high Santa Ana Winds. I have never seen it this hot ever! Yesterday it got to 110 degrees and the same for the next two days! My house is so hot even with the air conditioner on. I chose a short Cathe Live workout today because I didn't want to workout for too long due to the heat. I did Upper Body Express minus the core and I used just dumbbells and a bench. Workout was 46 minutes and I burned 301 calories. I loved this workout. Each body part was a Giant Set and repeated 2 times with no rest between sets.
1 Arm Rows- 25# x 12, x 12
DB Pullovers- 24# x 12, x 12
Finisher - Wide Grip Pull downs- 50# x 16, x 16
Standing Bicep Curls- 15# x 12, x 12
Alt. Curls with a twist- 15# x 12, x 12
Finisher - Hammer Curls- 15# x 16, x 16
Chest Press- 20# x 12, x 12
Chest Flies- 15# x 12, x 12
Finisher - Incline Chest Press- 15# x 16, x 16
Lying Triceps Ext- 12# x 12, x 12
2 Arm Kickbacks- 10# x 12, x 12
Finisher- 20# x 16, x 16
Overhead Shoulder Press- 15# x 12, x 12
Rear Flies- 10# x 12, x 12

This was a fast great workout if you are short on time!
